2pm Yoga @ Memory Matters House

A mind clearing, heart filling hour of relaxation led by John Hartland of HartYoga. This seated yoga class focuses on breathing techniques to help reduce stress and anxiety, gentle movement that is accessible and safe for everyone and a guided meditation.
*All Events other than the Caregiver’s Lunch and Caregiver Connections are for caregivers and their care partners with a memory issue, family and friends.
