2pm Yoga @ Memory Matters

A mind clearing, heart filling hour of relaxation led by John Hartland of HartYoga. This seated yoga class focuses on gentle movement that is accessible and safe for everyone, breathing techniques to help reduce stress and anxiety and finishes with a guided meditation.
*All Events other than the Caregiver’s Lunch and Caregiver Connection Meetings are for caregivers, their care partners with a memory issue, family and friends. Light refreshments are served at each event.
